Need to return & exchange all or part of your order? No problem! Just email sales@megawholesalerhub.com with a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including sku numbers, colours, sizes and quantities. Please include your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
Requirements:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order date.
- Returns must be authorized by megawholesalerhub.com
- Returns without a return authorization number (RA) will be refused.
Please Note:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Returns must be sent via courier; local drop off is not available.
- Claims of defective, damaged, or lost items must be made within 10 days of date of purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed.
Cancellations:
- Once the order is sent to our warehouse for processing, we cannot cancel or make changes to it.
- Processing occurs within thirty minutes of placing your order, even outside of our operating hours.
- Please always thoroughly check your order details before submitting it.
- Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
